How do I place an order?Please go to the navigation on your left and look for Ordering Forms OR Email direactly to us. How can I know if an item is available or out of stock? We'll update all our product everyday, and if the items you ordered are oos, we'll email you to notify you and of course we will refund the money to you. What payment methods do you accept? / Which credit cards do you accept?? Please go to the navigation on your left and look for Payment & Collections How do I use the Discount Voucher or Coupon Code? Simply include the coupon code we gave you in the ordering form. But remember to calculate the total amount without discount as we've to check the coupon code before we gave you the discount. Discount will be made when we checked the coupon code and we'll email you to notify you the total amount after discounted. Am I able to change my order? You can change your order after you made the payment. We will update your order. But you'll have to topup the remaining amount to us within 24hrs if your items cost more. If the item you want to change is cheaper, only 50% of the remaining amount will be paid. How I can track my order? (For overseas spree/items) 1) You can track your order on the homepage of Winka-way 2) You can pay an amount of $1.00 to recieve a tracking email from us weekly. How long does it take to receive my order? Instocks Items will be send out after payment is made, it'll takes about 3-5 days to reach you. Overseas Spree/Items: All orders usually be processed only after we've got in the amount for free shipping fee. and after the items is capped you can receive your item(s) within 14 working days. To keep our prices low and offer wider range of products, most of our items do not have ready stock. Though we do our best to minimize such incidents, there may be delay in shipment sometimes, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. I don't want to wait for my items to be capped? You can choose not to wait for your items to be capped, but you've to pay for your own shipment fee as some of our product are not made local. I want to get supplies from winka-way? You can email us to inform us that you want to get supplies from us. Discounts Discount will be applied upon voucher/ our supplying rate. Delivery Only normal mail & registered mail available.
